If you’re in Berlin, Germany on Friday June 20th and you’re a Conchita Wurst fan, you’ll want to grab tickets for the Berlin Pride Celebration (CSD Berlin) Stonewall Gala at the Deutsches Theater. That’s because Conchita Wurst is going to be Stonewall Gala’s headlining act and the guest of honor.
According to event organizers, the lovely Ms.Wurst will also be presented with the Soul of Stonewall Award for her win at Eurovision 2014 and for the message of ‘tolerance’ and ‘acceptance’ she takes with her everywhere she goes.
The Stonewall Gala, of course, is one of CSD Berlin’s main events and is quite the event in Berlin. While, of course, a gay event, you don’t have to be gay to attend, in fact many people aren’t. And, let me tell you, if you haven’t been to a gay gala before, you really should give one a try. They’re fabulous events and incredibly fun to attend.
The 2014 Stonewall Gala in Berlin will be held at the Deutsches Theater at Schumannstraße 13, with doors opening at 8pm.
