Conchita Wurst has been getting a fair number of awards recently, but the Shangay Pride Premio Madrid Orgullo-Muestra-T award she just received during Madrid Pride yesterday has to be the sweetest. It’s a pink bear cutely clutching his willy (whether for a pee or other reasons, I’m just not guessing), and Conchita seemed to be delighted with it.
The Shangay Pride Premio Madrid Orgullo-Muestra-T award is given to people who work for or protect the rights of those in the LGBT community, and you can certainly say Frau Wurst has done more than her fair share of that this year.
As for Conchita herself, she looked gorgeous in an above-the-knee white dress with a beautifully flared skirt and cinched in at the waist with a narrow belt. A waist, I might add, that’s about the same size as my thigh.
