Irish singer songwriter Foy Vance is just skyrocketing in popularity, with his latest video release ‘Coco‘ garnering over 101,000 views in less than 24 hours.

Not surprising really, as it’s a gorgeous video. Directed by Courteney Cox and featuring Courteney’s 12-year old daughter Coco Arquette, the inspiration for the latest Vance release.

Coco‘ is from Vance’s new album The Wild Swan, which was released on Ed Sheeran’s new record label Gingerbread Man Records back in May.

As for Foy Vance, he has not only been making a name for himself as a singer of very cool songs, he has also become known as someone to go to for great music for movie and TV series soundtracks — House, Private Practice, Arrow and the movie The Shore, just to name a few.

Vance is also going to be opening for Elton John during some dates on his Wonderful Crazy Tour in Europe.

Watch the video for Vance’s ‘Coco‘ below. It’s a mellow summery thing, and quite lovely. Especially as it’s all about that innocence of a child that doesn’t last anywhere near as long as it should.
