Today was the second round of Eurovision 2016 rehearsals for the Big 5 countries and Sweden at the Globe Arena in Stockholm and, yet again, Germany’s Jamie-Lee pulled off a fabulous one.
Then again, it’s to be totally expected really, as this girl has it all.
A voice that is so on point she sounds like the recorded version of the song, a kawaii manga style that is cute and unusual, and a self-confidence on stage that makes her always seem relaxed and as if she is having a fabulous time. For someone so young, (she’s just 18), she’s quite remarkable. Stunning really.
Then, when you also add in Germany‘s unusual staging this year (see photos on the official Eurovision site), if Jamie-Lee and her song ‘Ghost‘ don’t make it into the top five at the Eurovision 2016 final, my disappointment will know no bounds.
Watch Jamie-Lee’s second rehearsal in the video below, and notice how cool that purple-y blue staging is.
Well, purple is the classic color for a queen, and this young woman could definitely end up being crowned Eurovision’s.
