While much of the planet listens to traditional Christmas carols during the Christmas season, others like me tend to listen to indie folk, pop or rock music over Christmas. Especially on Christmas Eve, to get me in the Christmas spirit.
This year, I came across this fabulous compilation of festive indie folk, pop, and rock music for Christmas Eve that is really lovely. As well as quite unusual.
It includes Christmas music from artists like SHIELDS (‘Wonderful Christmastime‘), Charles William (‘That Time of Year‘), High High Hopes (‘Merry Xmas, War Is Over‘), Dear Stella, (‘My Favorite Kind of Gift‘), Kissaway Trail (‘Last Christmas‘) and Joshua (‘All I Want For Christmas Is Cara Delevingne‘).
It is an hour of Christmas music that, if you love indie music, you’re going to be addicted to this (I’ve had it playing practically non-stop for three days now and it’s still almost a week yet to Christmas). Listen to it below.
