One of the best movies about love ever made is, of course, the British film ‘Love Actually‘. A romantic comedy that follows 10 stories of couples in love, falling out of love or missing love.
But what makes ‘Love Actually‘ even better than the run of the mill romantic comedy is not just the superb ensemble cast (Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Keira Knightley, Bill Nighy and Laura Linney), it is also the excellent soundtrack.
Songs like Kelly Clarkson‘s ‘The Trouble With Love Is‘, ‘Here With Me‘ by Dido, Joni Mitchell’s ‘Both Sides Now‘ and one of my favorites, and my Repeat Rotation Video today, The Calling’s ‘Wherever You Will Go‘.
Because, when you listen to the lyrics of ‘Wherever You Will Go‘, doesn’t that just say exactly how you feel when you are in love? And when you think about what would happen if you were suddenly gone?
