Tom Hanks re-enacts famous Forrest Gump scene for Mo Farah

Tom Hanks is always such a lovely man. Something you can tell from every interview he does, and from every person he talks to. (I met him in an elevator once. And I can absolutely tell you he was lovely then too).

And Tom Hanks on The Graham Norton Show this week was just as lovely as he always is. Talking to British Olympic gold medalist runner Mo Farah about people shouting at Farah “Run, Forrest, Run” — that famous line from the Tom Hanks movie Forrest Gump — and telling the audience it should be “Run, Farah, Run” instead.

Telling funny stories about his wife, and how she loved how tight his ass was when he was filming Forrest Gump so much, she will still watch that scene where he’s running away from the camera now and again just to enjoy it.

And, of course, re-enacting that famous scene in Forrest Gump where Forrest talks about running just for Graham Norton and Mo Farah.

Watch Tom Hanks on The Graham Norton Show this week talking about Forrest Gump in the video below.
