Sadly, it appears the new MBN drama Bad Memory Eraser may not be a winner for the Korean cable network.
At least not in South Korea, and not if the ratings for Bad Memory Eraser, Episode 2 are anything to go by.
According to Nielsen Korea, those Bad Memory Eraser, Episode 2 nationwide ratings fell from those of its first episode from 1.04 percent on Friday night to just 0.93 percent on Saturday.
And yes, while dramas do often see a drop from their first episode only to rally to much higher numbers as more episodes premiere, under 1.0 percent of the audience is a very low percentage to recover from.
Bad Memory Eraser‘s ratings rise internationally
On a more positive note, however, Bad Memory Eraser‘s ratings have risen from international viewers with users of My Drama List now awarding the drama a 7.9 out of 10 versus the very low 7.2 out of 10 it was rated yesterday.
That rating is likely to go up even higher as the trolls on that site only usually rate the first episode, and then move onto another drama to try to destroy.
Meanwhile, over on Viki where Bad Memory Eraser is streaming internationally, it is still rated a very high 9.6 out of 10, albeit from only 107 people so far.
Bad Memory Eraser stars Kim Jae Joong, Jin Se Yeon, Lee Jong Won, and Yang Hye Ji.
Its next episode will air/stream on Friday, August 9th on MBN in South Korea and Viki internationally.
