I love a fun love song now and again and the Danish entrant for Eurovision 2014 certainly managed to give us that. Denmark’s representative last year was Basim, and he sang a fabulous song — Cliché Love Song.
It was fun, supremely danceable and just made you want to sing along, and it finished in a very respectable 9th place. It’s also my Countdown to Eurovision 2015 showcase video today. (18 days to Semi Final 1 and 22 days to the Grand Final).
Oh, and if you liked Basim, (I loved him, he was always so smiley and happy), don’t miss him in Eurovision 2015. He’s going to be the Danish spokesperson.
