New BBC One series ‘The Interceptor‘ shows rough side of London
There’s a new BBC original drama soon showing up on BBC One and it’s looking stellar. Called ‘The Interceptor‘, it’s an eight-part series that follows a newly created law enforcement surveillance team whose job it is to hunt down and capture the UK’s most wanted criminals.
‘The Interceptor‘ stars Trevor Eve, O.T. Fagbenle, Jo Joyner, Ewan Stewart, Anna Skellern and Lorraine Ashbourne, and was filmed in and around London.
BBC One has just released the first trailer for ‘The Interceptor‘, and I’m guessing this original series is going to be wonderful (aren’t they always?). The cast is great, the premise is interesting and, from the trailer, it definitely looks like we’ll be seeing some of the nastier side of life. I’m intrigued.
No word yet on when the BBC will be start airing ‘The Interceptor‘, but you can find out more about the show, and the characters, as well as read some excellent in-depth interviews with the actors at the BBC Media Centre.
Meanwhile, watch the official trailer for BBC One’s ‘The Interceptor‘ below. Doesn’t that look cool?
