Jimmy Fallon sings ‘Tender‘ with Blur backstage at The Tonight Show
British band Blur was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last week where they sang ‘Ong Ong‘, one of the tracks from their new album The Magic Whip.
Unbeknownst to us, however, the band also recorded a backstage performance of them and their backing singers singing an acoustic version of their classic song ‘Tender’, from their 1999 album Thirteen.
What made ‘Tender‘ even more awesome was host Jimmy Fallon joined the band playing guitar and singing, and, yep, they really rocked. All of them. Including Jimmy.
And I always think it must be so great being a late night TV show host, and to be able to invite such amazing artists to perform on your show and then get to play or sing with them as well.
Lucky Jimmy, eh?
