Model and actress Cara Delevingne has joined the Girl Up campaign, a United Nations campaign that works to empower girls so that they can become the leaders of tomorrow. They run programs to help make sure girls are educated, healthy and safe.
Cara Delevingne celebrated becoming a Girl Up Champion yesterday by posting a photograph of herself on her Instagram account with the quote “An empowered and supported girl is an incredible force for change”, along with the comment ”

Delevingne becoming what is called a Girl Up Champion will hopefully call even more attention to this very worthwhile program, along with getting some of her 34.2 million Instagram fans involved as well.
