Scottish electronic band Chvrches were in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge last week, where they sang a cover of Justin Timberlake’s ‘Cry Me A River‘ and, wow, was this amazing.
Lead singer Lauren Mayberry’s voice does it for me with this song, though. She has such a fabulous melancholy sound to her voice, that adds something special to ‘Cry Me A River‘ here.

In fact, I prefer Chvrches version of ‘Cry Me A River‘ than I do Timberlake’s original version.
