The Korean crime drama Connection, Episode 12 aired last night to a rise in ratings back to double digits, while also becoming the #1 most-watched mini-series of Saturday — far ahead of its closest rival Miss Night and Day in audience share.
According to data released by Nielsen Korea, Connection, Episode 12 earned 10.6 percent of the nationwide viewership on Saturday night, which also made it the #2 most-watched TV show of any kind for all of Saturday.
That is up from Episode 11’s already strong rating of 9.7 percent on Friday night.
In Seoul, Connection performed even better, grabbing 11.2 percent of the viewership — up from Friday’s 10.4 percent.
The Korean crime drama heads into its series finale next weekend, with its final episode airing on Saturday, July 6th.
Connection stars Ji Sung, Jeon Mi Do, Kwon Yul, and Kim Kyung Nam.
The superb K-drama has aired every Friday and Saturday night on SBS in South Korea since May 24th, 2024, when it started on just a 5.7 percent nationwide rating, which then shot up from there.
