Dog Knows Everything Ep 12 ends K-drama on ratings rise – rated 9.8 out of 10 on one platform

The excellent KBS2 comedy drama Dog Knows Everything, Episode 12 ended the comedy drama series last night on a high note, grabbing another ratings rise for its final episode.

That nationwide ratings rise for Dog Knows Everything, Episode 12 was 3.6 percent, up from its previous episode’s 3.3 percent, and a rating that gave the K-drama a solid average of 4.0 percent of the audience share for all 12 of its episodes.

In Seoul, the veteran actor-led drama earned 3.2 percent — a rise from Episode 11’s all-time low viewership of 2.8 percent — and a rating that gave the Korean drama a 3.5 percent average rating for every episode in its run.

Not bad for a cast of veteran actors who were almost all above the age of 70, eh?

Dog Knows Everything stars the wonderful veteran actor cast of Lee Soon Jae, Kim Yong Gun, Ye Soo Jung, Im Chae Moo and Song Ok Sook.

The K-drama premiered on KBS2 on September 25th, 2024 and ran until last night — October 31st, 2024.

It follows a group of elderly friends headed by Soon Jae (played by Lee Soon Jae) and ex-police dog Sophie who work together to solve their village’s many mysteries.

After all, Soon Jae can understand what Sophie is saying and, with many years of police investigation under her belt, Sophie is more than adept at solving crime.

Outside Korea Dog Knows Everything streams on Viki, where it is currently rated an incredibly high 9.8 out of 10, and on KOCOWA.
