I’m probably one of the most excited people on the planet right now, and I’m going to be staying that way for the next two weeks. That’s because Eurovision 2015 is about to kick off, with the Press Center now officially open at Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, and the first rehearsals for the Eurovision contestants starting tomorrow.
The Press Centre was opened earlier this afternoon by Richard Grasl, who is the CFO of ORF the Austrian public broadcaster heading up Eurovision 2015, Petra Stolba the CEO of the Austrian Tourism Board, and Norbert Kettner the CEO of Vienna Tourism.
You can find out more on what the Eurovision 2015 press center has to offer for the 1,700 journalists attending the competition at the official Eurovision site. But can I just say it looks and sounds quite spectacular.
As for the lead up to Eurovision 2015 itself, Leo Sigh will have updates about the competition starting tomorrow and running all the way through to the grand final, so keep checking back.
