That is because the final volume of High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World, ie: Volume 13 has now officially been published in English.
High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World, Volume 13 is being published by Yen Press, with the final volume becoming available as of July 25th.
Cost of the final volume of the popular manga series is $13.00 US /$17.00 CAN for the paperback version of the volume, with the digital version going for $6.99 US /$8.99 CAN.
Yen Press has this to say about the plot of Volume 13:

The first volume of the English version of High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World came out in October, 2018, with subsequent volumes being published every few months through the last volume’s publishing in July, 2023.
The English publication of the manga, however, was still a couple of years behind Japan, as the Japanese version of the final volume of the fantasy manga series came out in December, 2021.
An anime adaptation by Project No. 9 premiered in October, 2019. (See trailer below).
