The upcoming yuri Fragtime anime may only be an OVA, but it did still get a beautiful key visual yesterday, along with the release of a cast list and a staff list.
The anime is based on a manga by Sato, and tells the story of a girl named Moritani Misuzu. She is able to stop time for three minutes a day, which allows her to watch the world around her while being unobserved.
During some of these three-minute time stops, she checks out the class idol’s panties.
One day, though, she suddenly realizes her idol, Haruka Murakami, isn’t affected by her time-stopping skills. An awkward situation, indeed, as she is caught while in the middle of her panty-checking routine.
