Carla and Castor hearing their punishment

The second part of the How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom anime series is due to release early next year, but that isn’t stopping King Amusement Creative from promoting the anime now.

Today, a new How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom Part 2 trailer was released. It shows scenes in a court room and then in a jail in which Kazuya is punishing Castor, Carla and Georg after they tried to instigate a civil war.

The anime itself is based on the popular How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom light novels written by Dojyomaru and illustrated by Fuyuyuki.

Seven Seas is publishing them in English.

The new trailer follows on from the last one in which Kazuya was showing off his political strategy skills.

The first 13 episodes of the anime were released between July 4th and September 25th on Funimation, with Episode 14 premiering in January, 2022.

So far, fans seem to like the anime, praising it for its wholesome plot, memorable characters, unusual story and exceptionally good voice actors.

How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom is directed by Takashi Watanabe (Ikki Tousen), with Go Zappa (Moriarty the Patriot) and Hiroshi Ohnogi (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) writing the scripts.

Mai Ostuka (The Demon Girl Next Door) is character designer.
