If so, then you are going to want to make these — My Little Pony Cutie Mark Mini Cupcakes. Because they’re easy to make, taste delicious, and look incredibly cute and cartoon-like when they’re done.
These My Little Pony Cutie Mark Mini Cupcakes come from Rosanna Pansino‘s ‘Nerdy Nummies‘ YouTube channel, and could not be simpler as far as ingredients go either.
All you need are:
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
A jar of maraschino cherries
5 egg whites
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of low-fat milk
1/4 cup of vegetable shortening
1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
You will also need some cup cake trays and some liners to put the cake mixture in once it’s ready.
