It’s hard to believe actress Jennifer Lawrence turns 24 years old today. Not because she looks older than that, but just because of what she’s achieved at such a young age.
One of the most sought after actresses in Hollywood, and a fashion icon already, Jennifer Lawrence has won a Golden Globe award, an Academy Award, a BAFTA and two other Academy Award nominations. Not bad for someone who has only been in the public eye since 2007.
Jennifer Lawrence was born in Louisville, Kentucky in a typical middle-class family but, by the age of 14, knew she wanted to be an actress so persuaded her parents to get her a manager. A smart move on mom and dad’s part, I would say, considering the huge success she has had.
