‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ trailer shows more of the same, but is likely to be a big hit

While I have not been a fan of a movie in the Jurassic Park film series since the first one was released, that does not seem to be true for most people in the world as the four movies in the series so far have been massive blockbuster hits.

In fact, the last one — Jurassic World — pulled in more than $1.6 billion worldwide. Crazy, I know.

So, when I watched the ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom‘ trailer this morning, which is just ‘more of the same’, it seemed pretty obvious this one is going to be a bit hit as well.

After all, ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom‘ is the fifth and final film in the series and that will get people going to the theater in droves.

It is also the first Jurassic Park film to feature Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcolm since the 1997 movie The Lost World: Jurassic Park.

Throw in the movie looks as though it has a similar storyline to every other film in the Jurassic Park series — dinosaurs, an oncoming tragedy, lots of death and destruction, and a relatively happy ending — and ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom‘ is likely to be the biggest moneymaker yet.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom‘ stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Chris Pratt, Geraldine Chaplin, Ted Levine, B.D. Wong and Toby Jones, is directed by Spanish horror film director J.A. Bayona. The film will release on June 22nd, 2018.

Now watch the ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom‘ trailer below to see what I mean. A trailer that, by the way, has already received almost 8 million views in the nine hours since it was released.

Nope, I won’t be going to see that, but you might.
