After quite a very short engagement, reality TV star Kim Kardashian married New Jersey Nets basketball star fiance Kris Humphries in a Montecito, California wedding yesterday.
The couple were married in front of 440 friends and family members at a private estate.
Guests included everyone from Sugar Ray Leonard, Eva Longoria, Ryan Seacrest and Lindsay Lohan, to singer Avril Lavigne and tennis players and sisters Venus and Serena Williams.
Kardashian had to cut more than 50 guests from the guest list at the last minute though, after fire marshalls declared there would be too many people and the event could be deemed unsafe.
Let’s just say if you were one of the ones suddenly uninvited, you may just feel more than just a little slighted.
Kim Kardashian wore a white Vera Wang wedding dress for the ceremony, with Humphries in a white tuxedo jacket. Sisters Khloe and Kourtney were Kim’s matrons of honor.
Kardashian was given away by her stepfather Bruce Jenner.
