Lady Gaga’s dramatic Valentino gown is stunning at the Governors Awards

Lady Gaga was one of the many celebrities attending the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ 10th Annual Governors Awards at The Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center on November 18, 2018. And, boy, did she look beautiful.

Gaga arrived on the red carpet wearing a gorgeously dramatic black Valentino gown, with huge puffy sleeves and a lovely off-the-shoulder neckline.

But, rather than adding a flashy necklace that would take away some of the drama of the dress, she wore the gown with just Harry Kotlar diamond cluster earrings and her diamond and sapphire engagement ring, given to her by fiancé talent agent Christian Carino.

Lady Gaga has also been in the news in the last couple of weeks, not just for her wonderful fashion sense, but also because her new movie A Star is Born is getting rave reviews and making history at the box office.

She has also been reported on this week as her Malibu house is one of the celebrity homes that was in danger of being destroyed by the catastrophic Woolsey fire.

Unlike fellow singer Miley Cyrus whose home was burnt to the ground, Gaga was lucky however. Her property only sustained minor damage on grounds away from the house.

Something for which Lady Gaga gratefully thanked local firemen.
