Listen to Mary J. Blige’s ‘Doubt’ from ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ — It’s Empowering (Video)

Listen to Mary J. Blige’s ‘Doubt‘ as featured on ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ — a song of empowerment

R& B/soul singer Mary J. Blige’s ‘Doubt‘ was featured on ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ last night — March 16, 2017, Season 13, Episode 16, “Who Is He (And What Is He To You)?“.

The piano-driven track was played during the montage as Caroline is wheeled into surgery, Mary hugs Jackson, and then April, Jackson and Dr. Corridon perform the surgery.

‘Doubt‘ is from Mary J. Blige’s thirteenth studio album The London Sessions, and was co-written by Blige and British singer songwriter RØMANS.

It is also a song that could be incredibly empowering for any women who listens to it, not only in the song’s lyrics but also how Blige herself sings it. As, let’s face it, just about all of us are sick of how we are treated by men, and by other women, when we try to be something much bigger than what people think we are.

The song was the fourth single from the album, and obviously struck a note with quite a few, as it reached the number 6 spot on Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs chart.

Listen to it below.
