American music duo Pomplamoose’s ‘Lovely Day/Good as Hell Mashup‘ was played on Ted Lasso this week — Ted Lasso, Season 3, Episode 2, “(I Don’t Want to Go to) Chelsea”.

The song itself was released in 2021 on the duo’s compilation album Worst of 2020, which was self-published by the husband-and-wife musical team.

The duo themselves are a YouTube music act that got their start by uploading music to the streaming platform.

Since their start in 2008, several of their music videos have gone viral, gaining the duo more than 1.5 million followers and over 453 million video plays.

On Spotify, Pomplamoose’s music is listened to by more than 1.3 million people every month.

Their music has also been picked up to appear on the soundtracks of numerous TV shows, including Riverdale, The Client List and Honor Society.

Sadly, Pomplamoose rarely performs live.
