Love Next Door Ep 2 ratings rise as K-drama hits Top 10 in 75 countries on Netflix

tvN drama Love Next Door, Episode 2 aired last night to a very nice increase in its ratings over those of its first episode.

According to the latest data from Nielsen Korea, Love Next Door, Episode 2 earned 5.97 percent of the viewership on Sunday night.

That figure is up from the 4.89 percent the Korean drama grabbed for its first episode — so a substantial increase of more than 1.0 percent nationwide.

Viewers in Seoul also watched the tvN drama in even higher numbers last night as Love Next Door garnered 6.65 percent of the audience share — a solid increase from Episode 1’s rating of 5.85 percent.

Love Next Door in Top 10 on Netflix

Meanwhile, Love Next Door also premiered on Netflix this weekend and, according to Flix Patrol, has already climbed onto the Top 10 in an astounding countries 70 countries.

They include much of Asia, Europe and the Middle East, as well as the United States and the United Kingdom.

Those numbers will be made official tomorrow when Netflix releases its latest data via its Tudum platform.

Love Next Door stars Jung Hae In, Jung So Min, Kim Ji Eun and Yun Ji On.

Its next episode will premiere on Saturday, August 24th at 21:20 (KST) on tvN in South Korea, with Netflix streaming the Korean drama around the same time.
