The South Korean drama Love Next Door, Episode 4 aired last night on tvN to a huge jump in its viewership, and to grab its highest rating yet.
That jump was from Episode 3’s rating of 4.27 percent, the lowest the K-drama had earned since it premiered, to Sunday night’s 6.58 percent — its highest.
The Korean rom-com performed even better with Seoul audiences as it garnered 7.72 percent of the viewership — up from Episode 3’s rating of 4.78 percent — or a jump of almost 3.0 percent.
The Jung Hae In and Jung So Min-led drama is also going gangbusters on Netflix.
On that platform, it is currently in the Top 10 in almost 40 countries and, last week, had already climbed to the #5 spot on the platform’s Top 10 Most-Watched Non-English TV Shows chart just two days after the Korean drama premiered.
With 12 more episodes still left to air, the next episode of Love Next Door will premiere in South Korea and on Netflix on August 31st.
Give it a try if you haven’t already, as the cast is superb, it’s decently written and the plot is fun.
