The comedy workplace manga My Senpai is Annoying has ended, as mangaka Shiro Manta published its final chapter on Friday.
Called Senpai ga Uzai Kōhai no Hanashi in Japanese, My Senpai is Annoying began publishing in the Comic POOL web magazine from 2017 to July 26th, 2024 when its final chapter came out.
The manga currently has 12 volumes out, with the upcoming Volume 13 its final one.
Seven Seas Entertainment is publishing the manga series in English, although they are quite a way behind Japan, with Volume 11 only coming out in January, and Volume 12 not due to be published in English until December this year.
The manga also spawned a popular anime adaptation, which was produced by Doga Kobo and ran from October to December, 2021, and covered Chapters 1-75.
Unfortunately, a second season of the anime was never greenlit.
Some fans of the manga series, who have already read the last chapter are also complaining about the rushed ending.

You too may be disappointed, as the events we have been waiting for happened off-manga, the mangaka left several plot points unfinished, and then it was suddenly over.
All as if the mangaka had become bored with the characters and just wanted them to be gone.
My Senpai is Annoying is, however, now finished and with Seven Seas hopefully publishing the final volume sometime early next year.
