Britain’s One Direction have just had waxwork figures installed at Madame Tussauds in Hollywood, after the museum had thousands of requests from fans asking them to create figures created in the boys’ likenesses.
According to the world’s most famous waxworks museum, the One Direction waxwork figures cost $300,000 each to create, so a total of $1.5 million for one each of all the five lads.
The figures won’t just be sitting in Madame Tussauds in Hollywood, however. After a three-month initial exhibit, One Direction’s waxworks will then set off on a world tour, hitting many of the Madame Tussauds locations around the world.
Who knows, they may eventually appear at a Madame Tussauds near you.
As for the lads themselves, they are currently in Australia for the ARIA Awards in Sydney.
