Our Unwritten Seoul EP12 grabs ALL-TIME HIGH ratings as international audiences rave about the K-drama

As I predicted yesterday, the tvN drama Our Unwritten Seoul, Episode 12 ended the K-drama’s run last night with the series’ highest ratings ever.

According to date from Nielsen Korea, Our Unwritten Seoul, Episode 12 earned a huge increase in the ratings from its previous episode, grabbing 8.41 percent of the nationwide audience compared to Episode 11’s 6.95 percent.

The Korean drama saw an even bigger jump in Seoul on Sunday night, increasing its audience share from Episode 11’s 7.23 percent to Episode 12’s 8.96 percent of the viewership.

Color me not remotely shocked, but still offering congratulations to the cast, director, writer and crew. As yep, all their hard work definitely paid off.

International ratings as Our Unwritten Seoul ends its run

Meanwhile, now that Our Unwritten Seoul has ended, almost 6,000 international K-drama fans who use the Asian drama platform My Drama List have rated the Korean drama a very high (for that site) 8.8 out of 10.

Comments too are positive, with nary a negative one on the bunch.

What a beautiful drama! I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be this great. I knew it would be good, but this was something else.

For the first time I found the 12 episode run time to be just perfect. It was well paced and every character got proper closure. I also loved how well directed this drama was, they made Seoul feel alive, which very few dramas are able to achieve.

Overall a flawless/perfect drama. 10/10

The Korean drama is also earning a solid 8.5 out of 10 on IMDB, and is on the Netflix Top 10 Non-English TV Shows chart for the fourth week, currently sitting at #5.

It has also just hit the #1 spot as the Most Buzzworthy Drama of the week.

Our Unwritten Seoul stars the superb main cast of Park Bo Young, Park Jin Young, and Ryu Kyung Soo, with all 12 of its episodes now streaming on Netflix.
