Pre-Order IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad If You Want the Game Early (Video)

Pre-order IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad — it looks awesome

The IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad trailer is worth a look if you like combat flight simulators as this one looks nice. Don’t forget too the original IL-2 Sturmovik game is considered one of the best World War II flight simulator games ever made, so I’m guessing from what the developers, 1C Company are saying, the upcoming IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad is going to be even better.

Improvement in IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad

That’s because 1C Company says IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad includes a “more accurate reproduction of the legendary air battles of World War II”, as the aerodynamics are better, the physics mechanics of the game are better and, of course, some of the most famous World War II airplanes ever flown.

Pre-order IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad and get it months before other gamers

What’s incredibly interesting about this pre-order for IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad, however, is not a bunch of plastic crap many other developers include as their pre-order bonuses. Oh no. 1C is offering a pre-order bonus to end all pre-order bonuses — the ability to play the game months before anyone else.

That’s because, as part of their Standard Edition and Premium Edition IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad games, if you pre-order them you will get the game earlier during early access, whereas people who don’t pre-order the game won’t be able to buy it until the public release in early 2014.

People who pre-order the Standard Edition will get the game in early access in winter 2013, whereas people who pre-order the Premium Edition will get it in the autumn — a couple of months earlier. How awesome is that?

Well….actually, it gets even more awesome, as people who pre-order the Premium Edition will also get a special set of aircraft.

You can pre-order both the Standard and Premium Editions at the IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad website now.

Meanwhile, check out the video trailer. Nice, eh?
