Rachelle Spring Cover of Leona Lewis’ ‘Bleeding Love’ Better Than Original (Video)
I love bossa nova. It’s the perfect music to listen to when I’m getting ready, enjoying a well deserved latte, writing and can’t deal with loud rock, or when I have people over and want something mellow playing in the background.
One of my favorite bossa nova songs is a Rachelle Spring cover of Leona Lewis’ ‘Bleeding Love‘, and is so much better than the original song in just about every way.
Just pointing that out before I hit ‘replay’ as, yes, Rachelle Spring’s ‘Bleeding Love‘ is my Repeat Rotation Video today. I’m on about the 30th playing of it and it’s only mid-afternoon. Because it is just beautiful.
Listen to it below, then tell me that track isn’t gorgeous and you’re not tempted to keep hitting ‘replay’ over and over again.
As for Rachelle Spring, she’s not very well known and she should be. But she does pop up on various bossa nova compilations on iTunes. Check them out.
