Sam Smith’s SNL performances of ‘Pray‘ and ‘Too Good At Goodbyes‘ will give you chills

British singer songwriter Sam Smith appeared on Saturday Night Live last night for the second time. And you may remember his first appearance on SNL is the one that catapulted him into superstardom. Well, this second one is likely to just cement that status.

Smith sang ‘Too Good At Goodbyes‘ and ‘Pray‘, both songs from his upcoming new album, The Thrill Of It All. Both performances were also superbly pulled off, with Smith’s vocals so beautiful they give you chills.

Sam Smith’s The Thrill Of It All is due for release on November 3rd, and is likely to be a massive hit.

He will also be kicking off a just-announced North American tour next year in support of the album. The first concert will take place on June 18th in Toronto, with the tour concluding on September 13th in Calgary.

Watch Sam Smith performing both ‘Pray‘ and ‘Too Good At Goodbyes‘ on SNL in the videos below. Because, honestly, I’m not a fan of either song, but his voice is stunning.
