Actress Scarlett Johansson has just become lead singer of a new girl band — The Singles.
It’s a five-girl group, with a pop dance vibe, and according to Johansson in an interview with Britain’s the Daily Express this week, “The idea was to write super-pop dance music written and performed by girls.” Similar to The Bangles and The Go-Gos, it seems.
Not remotely my taste, if truth were known, but 10 out of 10 for Scarlett for at least going for it.
