‘South Park: The Fractured But Whole‘ video game finally releasing in October
It has been delay after delay with the much anticipated ‘South Park: The Fractured But Whole‘ role-playing game, but publisher Ubisoft finally announced today the game is releasing in October of this year for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. October 17th, to be exact. Yay!
It will not, however, be releasing for the Nintendo Switch. Nope. Not ever.
The game will arrive in four editions: Standard, Gold, Steelbook Gold and Collector’s, with a variety of extras depending on which one you choose.
All four editions also come with a free copy of the incredibly successful South Park game ‘Stick of Truth‘.
If you pre-order the game now, you will also get ‘Stick of Truth‘ to download and play immediately, which could stave off some of the irritation at ‘The Fractured But Whole‘ delay, if you haven’t played it before.
Along with the release date announcement, ‘South Park: The Fractured But Whole’ also got a new trailer today.
A trailer showing The Farting Vigilante — the character you will play, and a character you will be able to get to kick-ass status using various “fart-based powers from numerous hero classes”.
Watch him in the trailer below and drool, because this game looks even dafter and funnier than the last one.
