There has been a new Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town trailer released in Japan this week, and it certainly makes the upcoming anime series look super cute.
While showing some of the characters from the anime, the latest Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town trailer also revealed the premiere date for the show — January 4th, 2021 — with premieres on AT-X, Tokyo MC, BS11, Abema and Sun TV.
The 15-second teaser trailer quickly shows protagonist Lloyd Belladonna, Marie, Alka, Selen, Riho and Phyllo, and gives us a lightning fast idea of what each character looks like and how their personalities might play out.
Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town is based on the light novel series Tatoeba Last Dungeon Mae no Mura no Shōnen ga Joban no Machi de Kurasu Yō na Monogatari by Toshio Satō and illustrated by Nao Watanuki.
The anime series is being directed by migmi (Episode Director of Chihayafuru, Hunter x Hunter), character design is by Makoto Lino (Demon Lord, Retry!), Deko Akao (My Roomate is a Cat) is in charge of scripts and Michiru is in charge of music composition.
The series is being animated by Liden Films, with Funimation streaming it in the west.
The Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town anime stars voice actors Yumiri Hanamori as Lloyd, Ai Kayano as Marie, Natsumi Hioka as Alka, Madoka Asahina as Selen, Minami Tsuda is the voice of Riho and Miku Ito plays Phyllo.
