Why did Sutton Foster think being on the Gilmore Girls reboot was “a dream come true”
Actress Sutton Foster has just finished filming her scenes in the Netflix Gilmore Girls reboot, and she appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers this week to talk about it.
According to Sutton, not only was she a huge fan of the original Gilmore Girls series — “It was my favorite show of all time. I got to work with Amy Sherman-Palladino, who created Gilmore Girls and a show called Bunheads (which Sutton Foster starred in), which was on ABC Family, so we have become very very good friends. And when they were doing the Gilmore Girls reboot, she told me she was going to write a part for me and I was like “Okay”, Sutton Foster said goofily.
“And this past week, I shot it, and I got to hang out in Stars Hollow, and hang out with everybody. And I freaked out”.
Sutton Foster then went on to explain to Seth Meyers just how much she loved doing it, and why being on the Gilmore Girls reboot was “a dream come true”.
