The upcoming Sword Art Online Progressive: Scherzo of a Dark Dusk film has just released the movie’s first key visual and a September 10th premiere.
The gorgeous Sword Art Online Progressive: Scherzo of a Dark Dusk key visual features Asuna, Kirito and Argo standing on winding steps and looking out over a major city, while a spectacular fireworks display lights up the night sky behind them.
The film’s official Twitter account also announced a special 10th anniversary program that will be broadcast in Japan at midnight on July 2nd. It promised more information about the upcoming Sword Art Online film.
Ayako Kono is back directing the third film in the franchise, as are Kento Toya as character designer and chief animation director.
Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will also be back to voice Kirito, with Haruka Tomatsu reprising her role as Asuna. Yay!
