American singer Taylor Swift usually comes off as being quite level-headed. But, after seeing her being interviewed on The Ellen Show this week, I’m not sure I’ll ever think of her that way again. Why? Because Taylor Swift’s fears include sea urchins and prison. Yep, you could call them ……………….irrational.
During a conversation with Ellen, Taylor first went off about sea urchins. Saying they’re “like a grenade”, Taylor went on to explain
“They’re sitting there waiting to completely injure you to the point where…..okay, you can’t see a sea urchin……okay, like if you’re in the Caribbean, you’re like “This water is so beautiful, it’s amazing”, and you’re walking….it’s clear water….you can’t see a sea urchin’s right there. And then you step on one, and it has barbs, and it goes into whatever it touches, and then you have to go to the emergency room and it has to be surgically removed. You could lose your foot. You could lose your hand. You could lose your hand trying to get it off of your foot.”
Ellen then calmly read what sea urchins actually do if they injure you. “They can puncture and injure you and cause swelling and redness.” Not exactly the amputation scenario Taylor Swift was well into describing.
But, it gets worse. According to Taylor, she also has a deadly fear of being framed. Framed so horribly that she might end up in prison for murder.
Yes, this is how Taylor Swift’s fears work, and how much she worries about these things. Although, even she was laughing about them by the end because, come on, it’s Taylor and she’s funny.
Taylor Swift also sang at Jimmy Kimmel’s outdoor concert this week, and she rocked it.
