Like puzzle platformers? Own a Wii U, PS3, a PC, a Mac or a system that runs Linux? Norwegian indie developer Rain Games has just announced their puzzle platformer, Teslagrad, will be released on all of these systems sometime towards the end of the year. Now that should make you happy.
Teslagrad, however, isn’t just the usual puzzle platformer game. It has a steampunk theme, it plays sometimes like an action adventure and, oh yeah, did I mention you get electro-magnetic powers?
Teslagrad also comes with a huge number of easy and not-so-easy puzzles, over a hundred different rooms to get through, boss fights, beautiful hand-drawn graphics, an incredible soundtrack and, strangely, no dialogue whatsoever — the game play itself explains all you need to know.
I have to admit I’m a little intrigued by the game. The graphics alone make it look very compelling and, as the gameplay is completely fluid with no stops, cutscenes or loading to worry about, Teslagrad certainly looks unique.
Check out the short Teslagrad gameplay video below to see what I mean. You can find out more at NintendoLife.
