A compliment that is definitely earned as, from the minute the anime explodes on the scene with that gorgeous art style against the jet black background, all accompanied by the wonderful music of Ryokuoushoku Shakai, you know this one will be special.

An Apothecary Diaries English dub cast that has finally been announced this week, with The Apothecary Diaries English dub itself premiering on Crunchyroll today with the first three episodes uploaded at the same time.

As you might expect with an anime of this high-caliber, the just-announced The Apothecary Diaries English dub cast includes some of anime’s most experienced, most popular and most successful voice actors.

That dub cast is as follows:

  • Emi Lo (Kage in Ranking of Kings) is voicing Maomao 
  • Kaiji Tang (Osamu Dazai in Bungo Stray Dogs) is playing Jinshi
  • Molly Zhang (Akane in My Clueless First Friend) is voicing Gyokuyou
  • Trina Nishimura (Mikasa Ackerman in Attack on Titan) plays Lihua
  • Bree Han (Misaki Sakimiya in Dead Mount Death Play) is voicing Xiaolan
  • Monica Rial ( Uzaki in Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!) voices Ah-Duo/Narrator
  • Alex Hom (Rensuke in Blue Lock)is playing Gaoshun
  • Jim Foronda (Kenyuu in Blue Lock) voices Guen
  • Stephen Miller (Bishamon in One Piece) plays Luomen
  • Giovannie Cruz (Himeko in Show By Rock!!) is playing Hongniang

The Apothecary Diaries English dub cast is being directed Shawn Gann, is produced by Colleen Clinkenbeard, and with scripts written by Kieran Flitton and Clayton Browning.

The anime itself is based on the popular light novels of the same name by Natsu Hyuuga and Touko Shino.
