The ongoing tvN drama The Auditors, Episode 6 aired last night to a big surge in its audience and a new all-time high rating both nationwide and in Seoul.
According to the latest data from Nielsen Korea, The Auditors, Episode 6 grabbed 7.31 percent of the audience share nationwide on Sunday night.
That is a substantial increase from its Saturday night rating of 5.94 percent, which was already an all-time Saturday high for the Korean drama.
It is also heading towards treble the rating the workplace crime drama earned for its first episode when it premiered on July 6th with 3.51 percent of the viewership.
Audiences in Seoul also surged on Sunday night, with The Auditors, Episode 6 grabbing 7.49 percent of the viewership, which is a solid jump from Episode 5’s rating of 6.41 percent.
That also means the Korean drama will kick off its second half next weekend with solid ratings, which bodes well for the rest of its 12-episode run.
Meanwhile, the K-drama is still being rated a very high 9.5 out of 10 on Viki where it is streaming for international viewers.
The Auditors stars the stellar main cast of Shin Ha Kyun, Lee Jung Ha, Jin Goo and Jo Aram.
It airs every Saturday and Sunday evening on tvN through August 11th.
With its well-written script, superb performances and excellent direction and cinematography, it has become one of the standouts of the current Korean drama season.
