The xx gives relaxed performance of ‘I Dare You‘ on Stephen Colbert — it’s chill
The English indie pop band The xx gave a beautiful performance of their new single ‘I Dare You‘ on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night. A performance that is really relaxing to watch as it’s such a sweet, calming song, and they are always so on point when playing live.
The xx track ‘I Dare You‘ is from the band’s third album I See You, which is the first album they have released in almost five years. It was released in November last year, and hit the number one spot on the UK album chart soon after.
The band were in the US this month as part of their North American concert tour in support of the album.
The I See You Tour is now coming to an end, though, with the last concert date in Portland on May 26th, 2017.
The xx then has performances lined up for the summer at a ton of festivals including the Boston Calling Music Festival, Bonnaroo, Glastonbury, the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan and the Roskilde Festival in Denmark.
You can get all their upcoming performance dates on the band’s website if you’d like to find out where they will be playing near you.
Now watch The xx perform ‘I Dare You‘ on Stephen Colbert below. Isn’t that just chill?
