Country pop band Rascal Flatts appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night where they gave a solid performance of their latest single ‘I Like The Sound Of That‘.
And, sure, the song is repetitive with not much of an original sound to it compared to other Rascal Flatts songs, but it is a song that has an addictive melody and hook to it and, as Rascal Flatts songs go, it’s a strong one.
Besides, the track did hit number one.

Rascal Flatts’ ‘I Like The Sound Of That’ is their sixteenth number one single, and comes from the band’s ninth studio album Rewind.
