I only occasionally watch BBC TV series, as I have to VPN in to their iPlayer from overseas to be able to do so. But, a new BBC One TV series ‘Ordinary Lies‘ has just caught my attention enough, I certainly will be VPN-ing in for this one.
Set in a car showroom, of all places, and starring Jason Manford, Max Beesley, Jo Joyner, Rebecca Callard, Michelle Keegan and Sally Lindsay, and a whole slew of others, ‘Ordinary Lies’ is a six-part series made up of six stand-alone stories, intertwined with the stories of other people at the showroom. And each week based on the idea that a simple lie can hurtle out of control.
It’s also from the same creators as ‘Last Tango in Halifax‘, one of my favorite British TV series of the last decade.
‘Ordinary Lies’ starts on BBC One on the 17th March at 9pm. Yes, I’ll definitely be watching this one. Check the trailer out below, and I’ll be you will be as well.
