Maybe it is just me, but doesn’t it seem like late night TV is getting some of the best music it has ever had lately? Bands like American rock band Weezer, who showed up on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week to perform ‘Do You Wanna Get High?’ and ‘Thank God For Girls‘.
The band was on the show as part of their promotion for their upcoming self-titled new album (also called The White Album), due to be released on April Fools Day. Not that Weezer are fools in the slightest, as what has been showcased from the album so far is pretty darned stellar.
In conjunction with the new record, Weezer will also kick off a summer tour on March 30th in Brooklyn, New York.
Most of the tour dates will be in the US, but there will be a couple in the UK, one in the Netherlands and one in Canada. Check out dates and locations on the band’s website.
