Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear anime gets cute visual and first promo video

The upcoming new anime series Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear got an adorably cute key visual and a first promo video today.

Both feature protagonist Yuma, the gamer who prefers to stay at home playing in her VRMMO world than doing anything else including going to school, and Fina, the young girl Yuma meets when she suddenly finds herself projected into an alternate world.

Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear is based on the Japanese light novel series written by Kumanano.

A manga adaptation has been serialized online since 2018, and has also been licensed by Seven Seas Entertainment for release in the west.

The Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear anime is being animated by EMT Squared (A Destructive God Sits Next To Me, and The Master of Ragnarok and Blesser of Einherjar).

New Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear key visual — so cute!

The series is being directed by Yuu Nobuta (Maesetsu!), with series composition by Takashi Aoshima (Gabriel DropOut and Yuru Yuri, Happy Go Lily!) and Yuki Nakano (A Destructive God Sits Next to Me) designing the characters.

Maki Kawase (Zombie Land Saga) will be playing Yuma and Fina will be voiced by Azumi Waki (How Not to Summon a Demon Lord).

Keep up-to-date on news about the upcoming new series on the anime’s website, and watch the first Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear promo video below.

It shows a few scenes from the anime series, although with a voice over.

Yep, this definitely looks like it is going to be my cup of tea.
