The ongoing tvN drama Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born, Episode 8 is still performing incredibly well in South Korea, where last night it earned the 2nd highest ratings of its run.
Data via Nielsen Korea shows Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born, Episode 8 earned 12.84 percent of the audience share nationwide on Sunday night, which is only 0.50 percent away from its highest ever rating of 13.38 percent for Episode 6.
The same occurred with audiences in South Korea’s capital, Seoul, where Jeongnyeon grabbed 12.95 percent — second only to the K-drama’s highest rating of 13.74 percent that it earned for Episode 6.
The Korean drama was also the #1 show in its time slot.

Meanwhile, Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born‘s international viewers are still awarding the K-drama the same 8.3 percent it has earned since its first episode premiered.
Yep, they are loyal indeed.
The Korean drama stars Kim Tae Ri, Shin Ye Eun, Ra Mi Ran, Jung Eun Chae and Kim Yoon Hye.
It runs on tvN in South Korea and Disney+ internationally through November 17th.
