Love Scout Ep 3 SOARS in ratings as it hits double digit viewership
The new SBS series Love Scout, Episode 3 aired on Friday night to its ratings soaring as it grabbed double the viewership of its first episode.
The ratings for the romance drama were so good, it hit double digit viewership for the first time both nationwide and from audiences in the nation’s capital, Seoul.
The nationwide ratings on Friday night, via Nielsen Korea, were 10.5 percent — up from Episode 2’s rating of 6.5 percent, and double the K-drama’s 5.2 percent from Episode 1.
The Korean drama performed just as well with audiences in Seoul, where it shot up last night from Episode 2’s audience share of 6.7 percent to 10.3 percent, and more than doubled Episode 1’s 4.9 percent.
The K-drama was also #1 in its time slot.
Love Scout details
The ongoing Korean romance drama premiered on January 3rd, 2025, with its 12 episodes scheduled to air through February 8th.
It is directed by Ham Joon Ho (My Strange Hero/Wok of Love), and stars the utterly superb main leads of Han Ji Min (Our Blues) and Lee Joon Hyuk (Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard).
Its next episode has already aired on SBS in Korea, and is now streaming on Viki for international K-drama fans.
On that site, by the way, it is earning a massive 9.8 out of 10 rating average from more than 2,000 people.
